Airport
Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is approximately a 30-minute drive from the hotel. We suggest that you allow an additional 90 minutes for check-in, immigration, and customs formalities.

Business Centre
Located on the lobby level of La Grande Résidence, our self-serve Business Centre is available for all of your internet and photocopying needs, 24 hours a day. For other business and secretarial-related needs, please contact Concierge (ext. 31). 

Call/Message Forwarding
If you are leaving your room, but expecting an important call or message, please let our Guest Services agents (ext. 0) know where you will be in the hotel and the call or message will be forwarded to you at that location.  

Car Rentals
Please contact Concierge (ext. 31). 

Check-out
Check-out time is 12pm. If your departure time does not coincide with our check-out policy, please contact Guest Services (ext. 0). Every effort will be made to accommodate your request. 
For an express checkout, simply drop your key card at the Express Checkout box at the front desk or scan our Guest Service Directory QR Code. 

Conferences/Meetings
For all your conference, meeting, and business needs, please contact Guest Services (ext. 0) or our Catering Department (ext. 5351). 

Credit Privileges
We honour the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, and Mastercard.

Currency Exchange
The Guest Services team can exchange small amounts of US funds into Canadian dollars. For larger transactions, please visit a local bank.

Do Not Disturb Policy
Please note that for safety purposes we must check each guestroom at least once every 48 hours. If your “Do Not Disturb” sign is up for more than 48 hours, our Manager on Duty will contact you to ensure your well-being. Should you be scheduled to check-out, we will respect your privacy until the posted check-out time.

Dry Cleaning/Laundry
Dry Cleaning is available. Laundry bags are located in your dresser drawer. Please fill out the forms provided. 
Self-serve laundry facility available on the Mezzanine Level in La Grande RĂ©sidence. Three washers and three dryers are available for guest use between 7:00am – 10:00pm. A fee of $2.00 per load is required. Laundry detergent is available at the Gift Shop. 

Electric Current
The hotel’s electric current is 110 volts. Adaptors are available to purchase from the Gift Shop.

Fax Service
Incoming faxes may be sent to our Concierge Desk: 1.604.682.5513. 
Outgoing faxes may be sent at the Concierge Desk. 

Guests with Special Needs
In case of emergency, your safety is our first concern. Please inform the Guest Services team upon check-in if there is a guest with a disability in the room.

Gym/Health Club
Located on the Mezzanine Level of La Grande Résidence.  
Hours: Open 6:30am – 10:00pm daily. 

Heating & Air Conditioning
You can use your individual thermostat in your guest room for your comfort. To ensure the cooling and heating in your room is working effectively, please keep the outside doors or windows closed.

Housekeeping
Housekeeping maintains a supply of numerous additional items to ensure a comfortable stay. For any requests, please contact Housekeeping (ext. 32). 

Ice Machines
Ice machines are located on each floor adjacent to room #10 in the hotel tower. For La Grande Résidence, please contact Room Service (ext. 34). 

Lost & Found

Mail & Messages
For all incoming or outgoing mail and special packages, please contact Concierge (ext. 31). For messages, please contact Guest Services (ext. 0). 

Manager

Non-smoking
All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. The hotel’s lounge and restaurant are also 100% non-smoking. Please consult Door Staff for designated smoking areas. Should there be traces of smoking found in your room a minimum charge of $500 will be applied to your account.

As our registered guest of The Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver, you’ll have access to our valet service or self-parking privileges.

Please note that parking for over-height vehicles (over 6’3”) is not available at the hotel. Guest with over-height vehicles will be directed to off-site parking that is available nearby.

Swimming Pool, Whirlpool & Steam Room 
An indoor heated swimming pool is accessible through the Lobby level of La Grande Résidence. Guest room key card is required for access. Change rooms, showers, towels, and lockers are available on the Mezzanine level.

Our Guest Services team (dial 0) will be pleased to provide you with a wake-up call at the time of your choice. A clock radio alarm is also available on your bedside table.
