Our Guest Services team, accessible by dialling 0, is delighted to offer assistance with your airline reservations, modifications, confirmations, and any requirements related to airport transportation.
Airport
Toronto Pearson Airport is conveniently located just 26 kilometers away, typically reachable within a 20-minute drive. To ensure a smooth travel experience, we recommend allocating a minimum of 90 minutes for the check-in process, immigration procedures, and customs formalities.
Call/Message Forwarding
If you plan to leave your room but anticipate an important call or message, kindly inform our Guest Services team by dialling 0. We will gladly forward any calls or messages to your specified location within the hotel.
Car Rentals
Our Guest Services team (dial 0) will be pleased to assist you with your booking.
Check-out
Our standard check-out time is at 12 pm. If you require any assistance or need to arrange a late check-out, please don’t hesitate to contact our Guest Services team at extension 0; they will be more than happy to assist you. Please be aware that late check-out may incur additional charges, and after 4 pm, a full night’s charge may apply.

We honour the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and UnionPay.
Do Not Disturb Policy
For safety reasons, please be aware that we are required to inspect each guest room at least once every 24 hours. If your “Do Not Disturb” sign remains in place for longer than 24 hours, our Manager on Duty will reach out to you to ensure your well-being. If you are scheduled to check out, we will honour your privacy until the designated check-out time.
Dry Cleaning
We offer dry cleaning services through a trusted, independent company that offers same-day delivery from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. To take advantage of this service, kindly bring your items to our Guest Services team before 8 am for same-day return. Please note that we solely act as an intermediary and assume no liability for lost or damaged items.
Electric Current
The hotel’s electric current is 110 volts. If you have European electrical items, you will need a converter that will enable the use of items from 220 volts to 110 volts.

Environmental Programs
In our guest rooms, bed sheets are refreshed every other day during your stay. If you desire daily bed sheet changes, please reach out to our Guest Services team by dialling 0.
For towels, if you wish to reuse them, kindly hang them up. If you need fresh towels, please place the used ones on the floor, and we will promptly replace them for you.
Fitness Centre
Our Fitness Centre is located on the 7th floor. Towels and change rooms are available. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No food or beverages allowed.
Hours: Open 6:00am – 10:00pm daily.
Guests with Special Needs
In case of emergency, your safety is our first concern. Please inform the Guest Services team (dial 0) upon check-in if there is a guest with a disability in the room.
Heating & Air Conditioning
For your comfort, you have the option to use the individual thermostat in your guest room. To maintain the efficiency of the cooling and heating systems in your room, kindly keep the exterior doors and windows closed.
Housekeeping
To help reduce our impact on the environment and to provide you with more choice, we have two options for your housekeeping service.
- Light room refresh which includes: making bed, supplying fresh towels, emptying garbage, replenishing toiletries, coffee/tea and light bathroom cleaning if required
- Replenishment of supplies which includes: fresh towels, additional toiletries, and coffee/tea
Please look for the door hanger in your room with these two options and place it on your door handle before 10am to receive your service. If there’s no hanger on your door, your room will not be serviced. If you have any questions or require a full-service room cleaning, please notify the Front Desk team (dial 0).
Ice & Pop Machines
Ice machines are conveniently available on all floors except the 2nd floor, while vending machines can be found on the 4th and 6th floors.
Loss/Damage
The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to any possessions or properties belonging to any person while staying as a guest or patron. If you find that you have misplaced or lost any items during your stay with us, please contact our Guest Services team (dial 0).
Mail & Messages
The message light will flash on your telephone if there is a message for you. Please leave outgoing mail with the Guest Services team. Incoming mail will be held by the Guest Services team for pick up.
Manager
A Manager is always available to assist you. Should you wish to speak to the Manager on Duty, please contact the Guest Services team (dial 0).
Medical
If you require medical assistance, please contact our Guest Services team (dial 0) who will be pleased to assist you.
Non-smoking
All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. The hotel’s lounge and restaurant are 100% non-smoking.
Parking
Our guests can take advantage of valet parking for $50 plus HST per night, which includes 24-hour in/out privileges. Please note that valet parking is subject to limited availability.
Pets
We reserve a limited number of rooms on the third floor for guests traveling with pets, with a fee of $40 per night, up to a maximum of $175 per week. Please be aware that pets must not be left unattended in the room at any time. Each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 pets, and the individual pet weight limit is 50 lbs.
Pillows
If you require extra pillows, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Guest Services team by dialling 0. We would like to note that all our bedding is hypoallergenic and free of feathers
Playpens
Playpens are available as a complimentary special request item through our Guest Services team (dial 0). The number of playpens available is limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
